Shipping Policy

  • After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details. Once your payment method has been authorized and the supplier has confirmed the order is ready to ship, the payment method will be processed. 
  • Products that ship directly from the manufacturer may have variable stock levels. If the product you purchased is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via your contact details on the order.
  • Once tracking numbers are available, we will issue those to you via email. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 days of your order, do not hesitate to contact us for verification.
  • Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Severely damaged packages should be refused. If your product is defective or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. 

Return Policy

  • All orders may be canceled until your item(s) have been shipped. Simply respond to your email confirmation letting us know that you require an order cancelation.
  • Request for a return must be processed within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The customer will be responsible for all costs of return shipping. Original shipping costs charged to the customer will not be refunded. 
  • Products must be in like new condition with original packaging.
  • To process a return, please contact us with the following information:
    – Order number
    – Date of receipt
    – Reason for return request
